Mother's Day

Hey Folks!
How are we all today? Newcastle is awfully cold and grey today I am not liking it outside so I am staying in as long as I can until its fitness time later!!

I have made another Mother's Day card to share - I wasn't too sure which one I was going to give to my Mam but as I've made a box to match the other card shes getting that one!!  This will be a spare for next year or in the Charity Bag :)
I have used white centura pearl, regency centura pearl and some gorgeous purple card.  I have used floral oval die, scalloped and plain oval die and the In Bloom flower die from Sara's Floral Delight collection.  I added some jewels and I embossed the white centura pearl with the Rambling Rose embossing folder from Sara's Floral Delight collection.  I die cut the Happy Mothers Day from purple card using the Die'sire Essentials Celebration words and Female Words dies.

I decorated the inside of the card to match.

I am off to stuff my face with my lunch - and of course I'll watch some nice trashy TV whilst doing that ha ha
Have a great Wednesday - see you all soon!
It might be the weekend 'cos I'm off to London Town tomorrow! x x x x

Verity Rose

Afternoon Guys!
I hope all is well.  It's a lovely sunny day here in Newcastle I was going to get my bike out and go for a ride but it's so windy I think I'll still in until its gym time later!

I have made a card with the gorgeous Verity Rose CD ROM.
I printed all the papers, sentiments, embellishments and toppers from the CD ROM. I used core'dinations and kraft card, I distressed all the edges with my scissors.  I added jewels ans lace. I went over parts of the image and over the center of the sunflower with my clear spectrum noir sparkle.

I decorated the inside of the card to match.

I am off to see if I can knock anything else up while I'm on my holidays, only today and tomorrow left as I'm off to London town Thursday and Friday - wooooooooo!

Have a FAB Tuesday! x x x

Happy Mother's Day

Morning Peeps!
Nope you're not imagining it LOL I am back again :)

I did promise to be a better blogger - I am slowly getting there.  I'm on holiday this week so it should be easier this week, well apart from the end when I'm off to London! :)  But fingers crossed I can :)

I am here to share a card I have made for my Mam for Mother's Day.
I have used centura pearl snow white and the double sided regency cardstock.  I used the silver mirri from the luxury cardstock pack.  I embossed the white centura pearl with a Blooming Vines embossing folder from Sara's English Country Garden collection.  I used a floral oval die from Spellbinders along with a scalloped oval and a plain oval die.  I cut Happy Mother's Day Mam from the Die'sire Only words dies, I used Celebration words and Female Words.  I die cut flowers from the In Bloom dies from Sara's Floral Delight collection.  I added jewels to finish the card.

I decorated the inside of the card the same so it all matches!

I would love to enter my card into the following challenge:

I am off to enjoy my holidays and just literally do nothing - how lovely!?!?

In the green

Afternoon Peeps!
How are we all today? I hope all is well!! It's a weird old day here in Newcastle one minute its sunny the next is raining then its sunny again! So I'm not risking it I'm staying indoors and catching up on some stuff that needs to be done - 'cos its my holidays this week and I wont want to do boring stuff like housework come Monday!!!

I am here to share some cards I made from the shows on Hochanda last week :)

These have all been made with the Luxury card collection in green - honest the glitter green is the prettiest green glitter card I have seen!!! Along with the Floral Garden Cut in Create-a-card die.

I teamed this one with Centura pearl card which I embossed with the Florabunda embossing folder - added some ribbon and jewels and a Die'sire Happy Birthday die cut.

The next card I had to use the glitter card again.

I cut into the centura pearl card with the floral garden die and with the border along the bottom of the card.  I added the green glitter to the inside of the card so it shows through the front.  Plenty of jewels added with some ribbon and a With Love die cut in the green glitter card!

I have to move away from the glitter card next, as I was slowly running out :(

I used the mirri card now, I created a topper with the floral garden die and added this onto some embossed white card.  Green ribbon and Happy Birthday die cut - of course jewels needed to be added too!

And lastly I used the matt card.

I teamed the border from Floral garden with the "Thinking of you" create-a-card die.  I think they work so well together,  added some pale green jewels and some ribbon - tada card done!

I hope you're having a fab Sunday enjoy yourself and I'll see you soon!!!

Christmas Wishes

Afternoon Peeps!
How are we all today? I hope all is well.
I am officially back from the best holiday EVER, sorry if we're friends on Facebook and I've bored you silly on there!! I just couldn't help it LOL

But today I am here to share a card I have made with a gorgeously cute Barkley Stamp.
I have used Neenah dessert storm kraft card, I made the card base with this and then I stamped the Barkley image onto the same card.  I colored the image with Spectrum Noir markers.  I went over the fur trim on the hat and over the top of the snowy ground with a Clear Spectrum Sparkle pen.  I colored the falling snow with a white gel pen.  I die cut the image with a stitched rectangle.  I then used 2 sheets of Christmassy paper with a larger stitched rectangle die.  I added a scalloped border and some green ribbon.  I stamped a Christmas greeting and I added this to the card with 3D glue gel.  I then added a green bow, I die cut some snowflakes and added them to the card and I finished with some reg glittery enamel dots.

I decorated the inside of the card to match.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:

Lovebirds

Hey Peeps!
I am back again with 2 cards to share using the Lovebirds Create-a-Card dies.

My first card is a stepper card, made using the Create-a-Card card blanks.
I used silver glitter card from the luxury card collection with pastel core'dinations card.  I embossed the core'dinations with the embossalicious floral frenzy folder and went over this with broken china distress ink.  I die cut the lovebirds and some flowers from Sara signature collection, while the card was still in the die I went over the die cuts with distress ink.  I added ribbon to the card and the lovebirds to the card.  I added the flowers and I cut some leaves in silver glitter card.  I added a bow, a die cut sentiment and finished the card with jewels.

For my next card I used the lovebirds with the gold luxury card collection and I added the with love Create-a-Card sentiment.
For my card I have used kraft card, gold mirri from the luxury card collection and ivory centura pearl.  I cut the lovebirds and the sentiment into ivory centura pearl I then layered this onto gold mirri card, then onto kraft card.  I added the ribbon and bow.  I layered this to the card front and I finished with some jewels.

I would like to enter my stepper card into the following challenge:
ABC Challenge - S is for Shaped Card.

I am trying to get through the Walking Dead before it disappears from my Now Tv box - I've got 10 days to get through the end of season 5 and all of season 6, and I go on holiday on Sunday so I dont really even have 10 days!!! Wish me luck!!! Have a FAB Wednesday x x x x
